GEN-M Pro Atmospheric Water Generator | Water From Air – GEN-M Pro doesn’t require any infrastructure besides an electrical socket and works absolutely independently from existing piping. GEN-M Pro Uses Watergen’s patented GENius technology which makes it highly efficient to operate and enables the creation of up to 900 liters of pure, safe, and tasty drinking water from the air daily.
The device uses innovative purification technology, which includes sediment, active carbon, and NanoCeram® filters. Following the purification process, essential minerals such as Calcium and Magnesium are added. Water quality is ultimately safeguarded by a germicidal UV-C.
GEN-M Pro is one of the most energy-efficient AWGs on the market, enabling more water production with less electricity consumption. The water production process is optimized and suitable for a wide range of climate conditions: it starts from 15°C and 20% humidity.

A unique, energy-efficient heat exchange module uses condensation to produce fresh water. One litre of water costs 7-15 cents, depending on local electricity costs.

We are very impressed with the unit and the customer service! I installed my own custom intake to the side of the unit to pull in the outside air which is much more humid. We wake up every day to a full tank a d more than a day’s worth of the purest water we’ve ever tasted!!! Very pleasantly surprised by the overall functionality. This machine does exactly what it says it does and it is simply awesome. We live in the Caribbean and water is at a premium. We literally paid 150-200 per month for our water deliveries. No longer the GEN-M Pro provides us pure water for cooking and drinking. Cannot say enough good things about it so far and we’ve had it for a little over a month.

My only niggle with company is when you call them, the call goes abroad and they go through a set script regardless of the reason for your call.
Once you are in their system the communication is good with timely updates by sms.
Arranging the appointment with Atmospheric Watergen was quite straightforward. I booked a month in advance and received confirmation from THEM in a timely manner. Our engineer, Jordan, contacted us the day before he was due to confirm that we were expecting him. He showed up when he said he would and carried out his work in an efficient and businesslike fashion. He also offered some very helpful suggestions as to how we might get best performance from our system. He left everything neat, tidy and working well when he left. Overall, excellent service!
Unit was completely plug and play. Just plugged it into the wall and waited. Started making water right away humidity was very high so the system is creating water at a fast rate. Physical design is excellent, very efficient use of space. Unit is very quiet. When the humidity is high, as it is often in Florida, the unit doesn’t even have to work very hard to pull the water out of the air. Lowered the humidity in the apartment from 82% to 57% in about four hours. overall, a great purchase.
Excellent for Puerto Rico weather (50-70% humidity), especially for hurricane season when the water supply is interrupted! Also I don’t purchase bottled water: less work for me when I shop and better for the planet!
A very personable and pleasant engineer who was able and willing to answer all our questions – and set up our GEM-M Pro for another year.
